San Francisco Peaks, AZ
Arizona Snowbowl, Flagstaff, Arizona (Summer 2010)
At a base elevation of 9,500 feet, we are up to 40° cooler than most Arizona deserts. So instead of enduring 115° days in Phoenix, why not enjoy 75° days here?
And there’s lots to do for those who are outdoor-oriented. Take our Scenic Skyride, hike the San Francisco Peaks, or enjoy a leisurely stroll through the largest contiguous stand of Ponderosa pine trees in the world. We also have a fabulous high-altitude disc golf course, which was one of the host courses for the 2005 World Amateur Disc Golf Championships.
